Campaigns

Goals your people can watch fill up — pledged, given, and live on the giving page.

On: staff can record pledges (a promise to give later, usually from a commitment card or an offering moment) against this goal. The campaign then shows what has been given and what has been pledged side by side, and tracks each donor's fulfillment as their gifts come in. Off: only gifts received count, and the Pledges panel is hidden. Cash and check cards on a Steward Wall are separate and are set on the wall itself.

Every campaign lives on a giving page: the page is the address donors open, the campaign is the goal it counts toward. Pick the page it belongs on; a page with several campaigns lets donors choose between them. Create a new page only when this campaign needs its own address and look.

Steward Wall

Break one goal into many small gifts. Donors see a wall of $1–$N cards on the screen and on their phones, tap a card to take it, and the wall lights up live as cards are claimed. Good for an offering moment in a room: a 200-card wall raises $20,100 when it fills.

Wall appearance

Saved Blank fields fall back to the campaign name, the standard subtitle, and your organization's accent and logo. The event-screen link shows a large QR code automatically.

These cards show as taken on the wall, but no money is recorded yet. Enter the cash or check in a batch against this campaign, then mark the card received. Release puts the card back on the wall.

Track giving to individual people or teams inside this campaign. Each person (and each team) gets their own link and QR code that opens this campaign's giving page with them already chosen, and their totals roll up to the campaign. Use it for a missions trip where each team member raises their own support, or a charity run where runners raise toward their church's team.

With names off, the public page shows no list and no leaderboard — only a participant's own personal link credits them and shows their name. Use this when participants are minors. The leaderboard and per-person totals can also be switched off on their own.
